Maro Charithra

Maro Charithra is a Telugu film starring Kamal Haasan in the lead role of the protagonist and Saritha as female lead role.
It was one among the biggest hits at the box office.Released in 1978.
The story revolves around a simple "Telugu - Tamil" neighboring girl and boy falling in love and later their family interfere and ask them to remain separate for the whole year which makes the story end in tragedy.
